Eviden is searching for a R&D Software Engineer to join our dynamic R&D MLOps Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of information and AI technologies.
Responsibilities
1. Build AI Solutions: Design, develop, test, and document software for AI and MLOps components that enhance the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI products, including Generative AI models.
2. Streamline Model Deployment: Prepare and containerize AI applications for seamless deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring optimal performance in production environments.
3. Implement MLOps Pipelines: Configure and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with GitHub Actions, automating key processes from training to deployment.
4. Optimize MLOps Workflows: Develop and maintain robust MLOps workflows, including model versioning, monitoring, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
5. Document & Share: Write technical reports detailing methodologies, challenges, and outcomes of your work, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
Education
BS, Master, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines.
Skills
1. 3+ years of experience with Python, particularly in AI/ML contexts.
2. 3+ years of experience deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including AI/ML models.
3. 2+ years of hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar platforms.
4. Experience with version control tools (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and best practices in software configuration management.
5. Advanced experience working with Linux environments.
6. English proficiency (B2 or higher) to communicate effectively with international teams.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
1. Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks and experience working on Generative AI model deployment using vLLM.
2. Experience in data analytics and large-scale AI systems.
3. Previous involvement in European research projects.

1. Fluency in English.
