Experteer Overview In this role you lead the suppliers’ industrialization of parts within the AHE supply chain scope, from elementary parts to major assemblies. You collaborate with strategic procurement, design offices, and production to ensure technical specifications, feasibility, and timely transfers of work. You drive industrial improvements, risk mitigation, and cross-functional problem solving to support continuous supply chain performance. This position offers impact across new and redesigned products, transfers of work, and production line support within a safety- and regulation-driven environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead the suppliers' industrialization process for parts
- Support sourcing strategy on supplier capabilities and constraints
- Manage Transfer of Work (MtB, BtB) due to reassignments, reshaping, or sourcing changes
- Provide technical support to Design Office and concurrent engineering
- Support HO Production routines on critical parts problem solving
- Ensure measurement technical specifications are defined and met
- Manage maturity industrialization reviews and manufacturing innovation surveillance
- Support supply chain network to ensure business continuity and feedback loops
- Lead Product MFT on problem identification and corrective actions for critical/production-line-blocking parts
- Ensure compliance with qualification processes, critical parts procedures, regulations and safety requirements
- Develop industrial culture to improve cost, quality and cycle times and promote design-to-manufacture best practices
- Influence supply chain network and industrial strategy for reliable procurement
