Key Responsibilities
* Manage Transfer of Work (ToW) activities between sites/suppliers.
* Lead and deploy APQP methodology throughout the industrialization lifecycle.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
* Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards (EN/AS9100, Part 21, etc.).
* Manage risks, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions.
* Support supplier qualification and industrial readiness reviews.
Requirements
* Degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering or similar.
* Proven experience in Transfer of Work within aerospace or industrial environments.
* Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with APQP .
* Experience working with aeronautical quality standards .
* Strong coordination and communication skills in international environments.
* Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to Have
* Experience with suppliers or production transfers in regulated environments.
* Knowledge of industrialization, manufacturing, or quality processes.
* International project exposure.
