Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join a leading company in the automotive sector in El Vallés Occidental. This role focuses on managing plastic and aesthetic parts projects, ensuring successful execution from development to production.
Languages:
High level of English and Spanish required. German is a plus.
Availability to travel (mainly national trips).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate projects related to plastic and aesthetic parts within the automotive industry.
* Ensure timely execution of projects, managing schedules, risks, and deliverables.
* Act as the main contact between internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
* Monitor quality, cost, and timing to meet project goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the automotive sector .
* Strong knowledge of plastic and aesthetic parts manufacturing processes .
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and suppliers.
* Fluent English (both written and spoken).
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with strong organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel when required.
