Product Manager
This role will play a crucial part in executing the global product strategy across one or more of IOT's business lines—ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and truly innovative in an evolving optical industry.
The Challenge
You will sit at the crossroads of strategy, technology, and market insight:
* Managing the full product lifecycle—from development to launch and evolution
* Identifying market trends, customer needs, and global growth opportunities
* Working closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales and Support teams
* Representing IOT at international trade fairs and industry events

The Profile
We're looking for a professional with:
* 5+ years of experience in product management or strategic marketing (ideally within the optical industry or complex technological environments)
* A background in Optics & Optometry.
* Strong strategic vision, analytical mindset, and communication skills
* Advanced English and availability to travel internationally
