We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven individual to support our senior private jet broker in managing our sophisticated international client database, reactivating dormant relationships, and proactively engaging new prospects across various channels.
- Maintain, segment, and enrich our integral UHNW client and prospect database.
- Ensure accuracy of client profiles, preferences, travel patterns, and KYC documentation.
- Track interactions, opportunities, and deal progress within CRM systems.
- Re-engage dormant clients and qualify new leads through outbound calls and written communication in both Russian and English via phone, email WhatsApp Telegram Identify upcoming travel needs generated qualified leads for us Sales Workflow Coordination Support the full sales lifecycle: inquiry intake aircraft sourcing pricing coordination contracts post-flight follow-up Liaise with operators brokers internal stakeholders keep deals moving efficiently Maintain strict attention timelines accuracy client expectations Concierge Service Execution Coordinate premium travel details including ground transportation bespoke catering FBO arrangements Ensure seamless white-glove client experience before during after each flight
