What will your challenges be?
Ensure the efficiency of the order-to-cash process for the clients under your responsibility: Amazon Vendor / Seller, Carrefour, Corte Inglés, Eroski, Bon Preu, Clarel, Sorli, pharmaceutical wholesalers, Travel Retail (Dufry, Heinemann, etc.), including reverse logistics and incident management.
Track clients and the team using KPIs (OTIF, Case Fill Rate, Productivity, etc.).
Coordinate with the Demand Planning / Logistics teams to ensure accurate needs forecasting (warehouse / production).
Provide quick and efficient solutions to client challenges.
Build relationships with clients and various Isdin departments to achieve set objectives.
Use KPIs / client feedback to implement improvements and gain efficiencies.
Ensure the Customer Care area is aligned with Isdin's purpose.
Empower the team: develop the team's skills in client management.
Guarantee a positive employee experience: ensure the well-being and emotional stability of the team and promote recognition.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: Higher University Degree.
Experience: at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and in areas related to consumer goods clients and Amazon.
Languages: C1 English
IT: Excel. CRM Salesforce Knowledge and ERP SAP knowledge.
