Ph3Identity Access Management Security Architect (m/f/d) /h3 h3Overview /h3 pThe IAM Security Architect (m/f/d) is responsible for designing the overall IAM strategy, defining security frameworks, and ensuring IAM solutions align with business and security objectives. They work with engineering teams, IT teams, and compliance teams to create a secure identity and access management architecture. /p h3Location /h3 pThe working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not fully remote, and onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implement secure IAM architectures (e.g. SSO, MFA, PAM, CIAM, B2B) aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements /li liDevelop Zero Trust Frameworks and IAM Governance Models for Cloud, On-Prem and Hybrid Environments /li liDefine, implement and ensure IAM compliance with relevant regulations, frameworks and standards (such as ISO, NIST, GDPR) /li liConduct IAM risk assessment and drive security improvements across the organization /li liLead security architecture assessment, discussions and initiatives /li liAdopt and promote a security-by-design approach with the different stakeholders /li liForecast technological development and anticipate impact on IAM /li liActively contribute to the Corporate Information Security architecture community, sharing insights and best practices /li liCollaborate closely with IT, DevOps and IS teams /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field /li li3+ years in cybersecurity, preferably as IAM Security Architect /li liCertifications preferred: CISSP, SABSA and Cloud Certifications /li liEnglish is a must; German and French are a plus /li liKnowledge of security frameworks and standards /li liExpertise in related protocols (e.g. SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP, Radius, …) /li liGood understanding of access control frameworks /li liDeep understanding of security architectures and frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust) /li liHands-on experience with IAM platforms /li /ul h3Our commitment to you: benefits /h3 pAs an internationally successful family business, the Liebherr Group offers you a secure job, a unique variety of tasks and exciting development opportunities.
