About the Role Build relationships with Lab Managers and key decision-makers to reactivate dormant accounts and grow Agilent Services & Support sales, including service contracts, training, and financing solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate sales, improve customer satisfaction, and secure long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand service portfolio adoption through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand Service Contracts and Maintenance/Repair Services. Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions. Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer car, engineering, and field services. To deliver exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For Fluency in Spanish & English (Catalan would be a plus). Proven Sales experience, including track record of meeting and exceeding targets (B2B experience is a big plus). Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service. Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to find innovative solutions. Effective Time Management and Organizational skills. Team Player with a strong work ethic. Background in laboratory or analytical instrumentation would be a plus. Experience in insurance sales would be a plus.
What We Offer Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation). Full-Time: 39 hours per week. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (1 short day per week) Salary: €27,500 gross per year. Performance Bonus: Up to €11,000 gross per year (€2,750 per quarter) Based on performance and Sales Targets. Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office. Training: Full-Time Training for 2 Weeks. Office Based, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
