This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What You Will Do
* Lead system development plans aligned with ECU hardware and software requirements.
* Define and manage system testing plans for vehicle projects.
* Ensure availability of hardware and software testing resources.
* Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report defects.
* Provide technical support to validators and manage critical issues.
* Report progress at internal milestones and ensure quality objectives.
* Coordinate product/process convergence for hardware and software systems.
* Propose optimizations and improvements to standards and processes.
What We’re Looking For
* A proven track record in system validation and embedded software architecture.
* Engineering degree in Mechatronics or related fields (Mechanical, Electronics); MSc or PhD preferred.
* Excellent skills in system architecture definition and validation methods for new functions.
* Strong competencies in problem-solving and team collaboration, with a multicultural approach.
* Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
* Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
