, reflecting our commitment to excellence in wine culture and hospitality. Responsibilities Assist the Head Sommelier in delivering refined and attentive wine service. Guide guests through our curated wine list with knowledge, elegance, and confidence. Support wine pairings, service of premium bottles, and tableside presentation. Maintain cellar organization, stock control, and wine preparation for service. Ensure proper glassware, temperature, and presentation standards. Contribute to continuous learning and wine training within the team. Profile Passion for fine wines and elevated gastronomy. Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin-level service preferred. Strong communication skills and natural hospitality. WSET certification or equivalent wine education is a plus. Team player with precision, professionalism, and enthusiasm for learning.
