As a key member of the SymphonyAI Retail team, you will work closely with our global team and customers to provide essential support for our applications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our software solutions, contributing to the satisfaction and success of our clients.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
* Manage and resolve application support requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions to technical issues and maintaining application stability.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and address software functionality, configuration, and usage queries.
* Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, utilizing your knowledge of Oracle databases (SQL, PL / SQL) and basic Linux (Bash) skills.
* Assist in enhancing our product by providing valuable feedback and insights from a support perspective, helping to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
* Communication Skills : Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, enabling effective communication with our global team and customers.
* Willingness to Learn : Proactive attitude towards learning new programming languages and technologies to enhance support capabilities.
* Consulting Acumen : Basic understanding of technical and functional consulting, commercial activities, logistics, and retail supply chain solutions is desired but not a requirement.
