Adjunct Faculty — Master of Business Administration
University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on‑site in Rota, Spain for the Master of Business Administration program.

Required Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field aligned with one or more of the concentration areas listed above from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Professional experience in one or more of the listed concentration areas.
- Experience teaching adult learners in online and/or higher education environments strongly preferred.
- Applicants must reside locally.
- Candidates must have and maintain legal authorization to work in the country where they are applying to teach.

Responsibilities
- Actively engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed.
- Guide students in active collaboration and the application of their learning in problem‑ and project‑based learning demonstrations.
- Provide rich and regular constructive feedback, utilizing rubrics effectively for the assessment of student work, and acknowledging student accomplishments.
- Demonstrate relevant and current subject‑matter expertise, and help students connect concepts across their academic program.
- Provide feedback to your program chair on possible curricular improvements.

- Pay range: Non‑PhD: $903–$1,173 per credit hour; PhD: $931–$1,215 per credit hour.
