Role Overview
As part of the Supply Chain team, the Logistics & Customer Service member reports to the Supply Chain Manager and supports customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Order to Cash process, from order placement to invoicing and payment.
* Serve as a key contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing).
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely billing.
* Handle customer claims and resolve issues efficiently.
* Process supplier invoices and maintain vendor relationships.
* Report on sales data to support strategic decisions.
Logistics Responsibilities
* Coordinate 3PL activities.
* Manage projects to support profitable growth.
* Ensure logistic execution for customer development.
* Control Supply Chain budgets including freight and warehousing costs.
* Analyze KPIs and report performance improvements.
* Build trust and transparency with business partners.
Qualifications & Competencies
* University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Over 5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service.
* At least 3 years in team leadership.
* Fluent in Spanish; B2 level in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
* Results-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
