We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative who knows how to lift opportunities from cold outreach and has experience using the common sales stack. There are opportunities to progress into other roles; however, we value sales professionals who are comfortable developing business for the sales executive team or as single contributors. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Value-Based Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies that prioritize the prospect's needs, pains, and objectives over product features.
• Utilize Prospecting Tools and Data Sets Effectively: Clean, manage, and analyse data sets using various tools to enhance data accuracy and streamline the prospecting process.
• Execute Outbound Sequences and Methodologies: Implement multi-touch outbound sequences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, following established sales or outbound methodologies Conduct Insightful Market
• Research: Investigate target companies and key decision-makers, assessing how our solutions can genuinely benefit them.
• Utilize the CRM - HubSpot system: Track lead interactions, update information, and ensure accurate reporting. Document all communications and activities with prospects for future reference
• Facilitate High-Quality SQL: Connect qualified prospects with our sales team, ensuring productive meetings that align with both parties' objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
• 3-5 Years of B2B Sales
Experience: Demonstrated success in selling within industries like food, manufacturing, retail, spare parts, automotive, or wholesale, with experience in both SMB and Enterprise markets, demonstrating a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency with Key Sales Tools: Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, and familiarity with Lusha, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, Seamless.ai, and FullEnrich.
• Strong Understanding of Respectful Sales Methodologies: Ability to balance personalization, volume, and results without burning leads unnecessarily. Every lead counts. Experience following an outbound process, sequences and defined methodology
• Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage and empathize with stakeholders through both written and verbal interactions.
• Data-Driven, Customer-Focused Approach: Capability to leverage data analytics to inform strategies that truly benefit the customer.
• Motivated, Persistent, and Results-Oriented: A driven individual with a passion for sales, demonstrating persistence, resilience, and a focus on achieving results.
• Innovative Thinking: We highly value out-of-the-box thinkers who can approach challenges creatively, always keeping the customer's best interests in mind.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and challenges is a plus.
