Job Purpose
Provide support to HRBP and guidance to managers on general HR processes. Act as the privileged communicator at the plant, supporting all areas that need assistance in promoting and sharing relevant actions and information for the factory's daily operations.
NOTE: FULL TIME CAR AVAILABILITY
Job Responsibilities
People Support Related:
* Participate in planning and developing HR projects and processes.
* Support specific HR processes on the industrial site, such as recruitment of industrial positions, performance management, and supporting managers on the shop floor.
* Support labor relations processes and relationships on the industrial site.
* Implement action plans to minimize the impact of absenteeism on the industrial site.
* Work closely with HRBPs, Employee Relations, employees, and management.
* Ensure all data systems (e.g., org chart on Workday, salaries, hierarchies, grading) are kept up to date.
* Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to prepare and consolidate information requested by the HR team.
* Participate in and update all HR budget and trend analyses for HR controlling.
Communication Support Related:
* Manage and maintain updated communication channels within the plant.
* Coordinate the consolidation of information and content, and generate final materials.
* Design and execute communication campaigns to support decisions and action plans at the plant.
* Assist in the preparation of events and meetings.
* Write and adapt content for external plant communications.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Availability to start on October 1st, 2025.
* Own vehicle required to access the worksite.
