Your Mission and responsibilities:
At NUMAI, sales isn't about closing deals — it's about opening doors.
You'll help families take one of the biggest steps of their lives:
buying a home. Your role is to make that journey clear, safe, and possible.
Guide clients from the first call to the notary's office, ensuring they understand every step.
Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, sellers, and families — and keep the process calm and transparent.
Anticipate challenges before they become problems, whether it's paperwork, payment doubts, or family debates.
Help with marketing localisation:
adapt our campaigns, test messages, and make NUMAI's story resonate in Spain.
Operate independently in Andalusia, with freedom and responsibility to grow NUMAI locally.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English — both are essential.
You've sold before — at least 2 years in B2C or B2B.
Real estate or fintech experience? Nice. But if you can convince us otherwise, we're listening.
Independent, organized, and ready to take ownership of your work.
Proactive and confident in driving your own success — no micromanagement needed.
Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes uncertain environment (this is a startup, not a bank).
