Design and implement tailored sales strategies for the Iberian assisted reproduction market.Drive the adoption of advanced genetic solutions (e.G., PGT, genetic screening, carrier testing) across fertility clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.Identify business opportunities and niche markets, collaborating closely with the marketing team to effectively position our product portfolio.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinical sales specialists with deep IVF sector expertise.Set ambitious yet realistic sales targets for the team and ensure performance tracking.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, commercial excellence, and customer-centricity.Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years in healthcare sales roles, with at least 3 years in genetics, IVF, or molecular diagnostics.Proven leadership in sales teams and business growth.Deep understanding of the reproductive health ecosystem in Iberia.Proactive leadership, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Strategic business acumen with strong analytical skills.Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.Educational & Language Requirements
Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, Pharmacy, or related field.Postgraduate qualifications (e.G., MBA) are a plus.Fluent in Spanish and English;
Portuguese is highly desirable.Additional Information
