Repairs and Overhaul Technician
**DURATION - LOCATION**
Permanent - Madrid (Pinto)
**Purpose of the job**.**
- Manage interface in RMA process between customers and internal stakeholder for repairs and overhaul of rolling stock component.
- Ensure all steps of RMA process are followed.

**Mission & Responsibilities**
**1/ Be accountable for RMA document reception, register in SAP and follow up within the workshop**
**2/ Follow up component status from reception to customer delivery and billing**
**3/ Manage external repairs**:
- Reception or equipment to be repair
- Repair proposal to the customer
- Delivery to repair center
- Billing
- Check documentation and repairs report.
**4/Manage internal repairs**:
- Coordination with the workshop
- Reception of repairs requests
- Preparation of repairs economical proposal.
**5/ Ensure Bids are sent to customers and purchase orders are received from customers**
**6/ Manage customer and external stakeholders’ relationship**
- Continuously ensuring alignment with customer contractual requirements
- Alstom representative towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders (Consortium, JV)
- Ensuring contract management and variation orders towards customer
**Performance measurements**:
- OTIF
- RMA-RMR time
- No of non-conformities
- Customer Satisfaction
- EHS when applic
**Educational Requirements**
**Mandatory**:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
- Language skills required: advanced/business fluent level of English;
- Use of up to date IT tools such as Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS-Project.
**Desirable**:
SAP
**Experience**
**Mandatory**:
- 2-year experience in a workshop environment
- Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures
- **Desirable**
Knowledgeable of ALSTOM way of working for efficient process execution
