Step by step, we turn ideas into innovations that have a real impact on everyday life, and every project is based on collaboration, mutual respect, and commitment. Provide technical support to the international sales team, with a primary focus on dairy cattle and small ruminants. Support the implementation and development of ration formulation and feed analysis tools. Product Management & Go-to-Market Activities Support the launch and deployment of new products and nutritional concepts in international markets. Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and new employees. Establish and monitor reference farms in selected countries to demonstrate product performance and generate field data. Prepare technical articles and educational content for magazines, newsletters, customer communications, and digital channels. Cover topics related to calf rearing, dairy cow management, silage inoculants, feed efficiency, and nutritional strategies connected to the company portfolio. Sales & Business Development Design, maintain, and execute sales strategies for assigned countries and key accounts. Drive business expansion and revenue growth, consistently achieving sales targets aligned with annual budgets. Travel internationally to develop existing accounts and expand the customer network. Commercial Support & Customer Relationships Support and coach local sales representatives and distributors to maximize commercial performance. Engage directly with farmers and customers through a combined technical and commercial approach, building trust and long-term partnerships. Degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related field. Strong technical knowledge of dairy cow nutrition and farm management practices. Commercial mindset with the ability to support business development and customer growth.
