You will build this community from the ground up. Find and recruit creators who live between worlds. Bring together people with genuine cultural curiosity, identify the signals and trends worth believing in, and help them grow. And in doing so, create what doesn't exist anywhere else on the internet: A place where human perspective travels freely across cultures - because a life fully lived worth sharing.
We're looking for a Spain-based Community Manager to lead our presence in the Spanish market — building creator relationships, executing campaigns, and running local activations — while collaborating remotely with our US marketing team to localize and adapt global strategy.
What You'll Do
Build and own Spain's creator network — recruit, onboard, and manage partnerships across key verticals
Execute creator marketing campaigns end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, contracting, content review, and performance reporting
Plan and produce community events and creator activations across Spain
Collaborate remotely with the US marketing team to adapt integral strategy for the Spanish market; report regularly on creator activity, content output, and campaign ROI
Act as our local cultural expert — surface real-time creator trends and market signals back to the global team
What We're Looking For
4+ years in creator partnerships, influencer/creator marketing, or community building — with a proven track record of building creator networks from scratch
Proven end-to-end campaign execution: from brief to publish to reporting
Experience planning and producing events or community activations
Existing creator relationships in Spain, or the credibility and network to build them quickly
Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team — proactive communicator, fluent in async workflows and time zone overlap
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Background in consumer or social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Reddit, Pinterest) is a strong plus
