We’re seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Brand Manager to join us and help drive our next big successes. /ppThis is a unique opportunity to lead strategic activation actions, pioneer innovation projects, and directly impact our core business objectives while staying ahead of consumer trends. /ppAt Hero, we offer a diverse and enriching work environment where you can truly make your mark. /ppbr/ppbWhat You'll Achieve /b /pullibDrive Brand Growth Strategy: /b You will develop, manage, and implement comprehensive annual marketing and brand growth plans, ensuring total alignment with our strategic guidelines. /lilibPioneer Innovation: /b You will coordinate the launch of exciting brand innovations across sales channels and implement robust innovation plans. /lilibMaster Market Dynamics: /b You will analyze market data, competitors, and consumer feedback to identify new business opportunities and anticipate emerging industry trends, keeping our category ahead of the curve. /lilibOptimize Product Portfolios: /b You will propose strategic modifications to our brand portfolio, ensuring continuous improvement and perfect adaptation to evolving user needs and expectations. /lilibLead High-Impact Communication: /b You will coordinate dynamic brand communication plans with external agencies to amplify our market presence and resonate with our target audience. /lilibMaximize Digital Financial Performance: /b You will measure, analyze, and monitor marketing actions with a special focus on digital channels, while also taking ownership of the category budget control to ensure maximum efficiency. /li /ulpbr/ppbWho You Are /b /ppbr/ppbThe Essentials (Must Have): /b /pulliBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG Marketing team. /liliProven expertise in Competitive and Market Analysis, Project Management, Communication, and Digital Marketing. /liliHands-on experience with analytical tools such as IRI, Nielsen, or Circana. /liliExceptional language skills: C1 level in English and fluency (C2) in Spanish. /liliA highly analytical, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making abilities. /liliAn agile, collaborative, and fast-moving team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. /li /ulpbr/ppbThe Plus (Nice to Have): /b /pulliMaster's Degree in Market Research, Marketing, or an MBA. /liliPrevious experience in brand management within convenience channels is highly valued. /li /ulpbr/ppbOur Culture: How We Grow Together /b /pulli✨ bCreate wow: /b We dare to do things differently, seek to always win with consumers and customers, and endeavor to be forever relevant and vital to our world.
