As our next People Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every stage of the employee journey — from recruitment to offboarding — is smooth, compliant, and meaningful.

What You’ll Be Doing Talent Acquisition & Pre-Onboarding
- Manage recruitment processes end to end, coordinating with external agencies and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare for Day 1: system access, welcome emails, and buddy assignments.
Training & Development
- Monitor mandatory training completion (e.G., Compliance, EMEA Connect).
- Help managers identify development needs and follow up on learning plans.
- Track training KPIs to measure completion and effectiveness.
Performance Management
- Support performance review cycles and goal-setting timelines.
- Advise on development plans and performance improvement strategies.
- Ensure alignment with company performance standards.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate with Health & Safety external partners.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to reduce risks.
