Santander Consumer Finance (SCF) is looking for a Data Business Support Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Business Support SR Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Consumer Bank project, which involves three hubs within Santander Consumer Finance aimed at standardizing tasks, generating synergies, and sharing best practices efficiently.
The role involves supporting the expansion of SCF's product portfolio, including automotive and unsecured business, to meet new consumer demands. We seek to strengthen the analytical team of SCF collections (HQ) to support local units in these initiatives.
* Manage centralized databases to support Collections activity across SCF footprint and products.
* Support deployment of the Collections model for new business lines.
* Conduct testing, including UATs, before implementing system or process improvements.
* Perform data cleansing and coordinate daily data exchanges with third parties, including processing CBU results.
* Set up reporting frameworks, including ad hoc analysis for BAU collections management.
* Provide back-office support and coordinate among CBUs and local counterparts such as IT, Risk, and Finance.
EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years of experience with Data Management and Data Mining.
* Strong analytical and data skills.
* Experience in retail/consumer banking business.
EDUCATION
* Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* Proficiency in Excel, SAS, SQL; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
* Good spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is valuable.
