We’re looking for someone who builds it – a hands‑on Head Of Growth who can ideate, copy, design strategy, and launch experiments directly. Someone who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed. Desired profile: A Conversion Architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps. A Behavioral Strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX and persuasion frameworks. A Data‑driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude. This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. Key Responsibilities Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched. Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t. Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence. Architect funnels and campaigns (hands‑on); map them out and oversee implementation. Set up tracking, check flows and ensure machine works before scaling budget. Relentless optimization: CRO & A/B testing – design, launch, analyze tests, hunt for friction points, audit pages, propose fixes and implement tests immediately. Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging. Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learning compounds over time. Channel exploration & scaling – oversee core paid social, identify new acquisition channels, maximize ROI/ROAS. Growth loops – design and optimize loops (product, retention, referral, content). Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion. Leadership – manage Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM), build talent, train and, if necessary, stop with them. Sales alignment & revenue quality – focus on high‑intent leads, adjust targeting, stop low‑value campaigns. Tools you’ll master GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely. Whatever helps you see what others miss. Key KPIs & Desired Outcomes LTV / CAC ratio. Funnel conversion rates by stage. X experiments launched per week. Conversion rates 2× better than baseline. Growth experimentation runs continuously. Predictable growth engine. Experience 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing; ideally within SaaS, e‑commerce or digital product environments. Track record of designing, implementing and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improved revenue, activation or conversion. Competencies Growth diagnosis & system thinking. Precision – clarity in hypotheses, clean data, unambiguous results. Agility – move fast, adapt instantly, turn insights into tests within hours. Language French: Native / Bilingual. English: Fluent.
