We are looking for a Stock Control Coordinator to join our Operations Department — a key role that will contribute directly to the optimization and profitability of our stock strategy across Europe.
What will the role entail?
1. Managing stock budget, overstock forecasting, and follow-up.
2. Optimizing stock and inventory.
3. Analyzing KPIs and following up on them.
4. Preparing and analyzing purchase & sales reports.
5. Managing inventory (reserves and batch transfer requests).
6. Coordinating with the logistics department on return stock availability and warehouse pick-up.
7. Handling ad-hoc requests from the company.
8. Ensuring the company's stock is profitable through analysis and management of stock and sales.
9. Monitoring sales operations.
10. Managing stock between the off-price channel and the outlets' own channel.
11. Proposing sales strategies based on available stock and potential customers.
12. Monitoring seasonal and off-price sales operations.
13. Analyzing historical sales data.
14. Developing and implementing new digital sales techniques (B2B).

Requirements
* A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* High proficiency in Excel; SAP ERP is essential; Power BI experience is a plus.
