We are currently seeking a Sales Representative in Northern Spain (Basque Country, Aragon, Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria). As a Sales Rep, you will manage a product portfolio, achieve sales and profit targets, and engage with healthcare customers.

What you'll be doing:

* Educate hospital healthcare professionals to ensure adoption of company products to optimize patient outcomes.
* Create, implement, and review territory business plans aligned with national strategies, identifying local opportunities.
* Develop and nurture collaborative relationships to grow existing business by differentiating solutions clinically and financially from competitors.
* Provide clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to key decision-makers in healthcare.
* Negotiate transparent, consistent pricing to secure long-term, profitable sales and market presence.
* Manage the tender process, including pre-tender activities and submissions.
* Forecast and analyze sales and market data to inform activities and ensure results-driven efforts.
* Utilize CRM systems to support planning, sequential selling, and territory analysis.
* Collaborate with peers and the wider team (marketing, clinical, IT) to foster a culture of teamwork and best practices.

What you will bring:

* Degree qualification or relevant clinical background.
* Proven healthcare sales experience, with knowledge of hospital decision processes and funding mechanisms.
* Experience with tenders, deal structuring, and complex sales negotiations.
* Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to various customer types.
* Tenacity and creativity to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Proficient IT skills.
