In this role, you will lead end-to-end technology solutions for complex Cloud and Platform Engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and directing implementation. You’ll shape the development and execution platforms, SDLC, DevOps, security, and observability to deliver scalable IDP-enabled outcomes for strategic clients. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to drive adoption and improve standards, leveraging modern CI/CD and GitOps practices. This is a high-impact, client-facing technical leadership position that combines architecture, hands-on delivery, and advisory responsibilities.

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in development and implementation of complex client software solutions
• At least 5 years as a technical leader defining Cloud architectures and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Direct communication with customers
• Proven experience implementing SDLC platforms
• Experience xpzdshu with Internal Developer Platform (IDP) approaches
• Experience with Everything as Code (Infrastructure as Code, Policies as Code)
• Experience with GitOps approaches
• Proficiency in designing and developing complex software solutions
• Experience in microservice architectures, APIs, events and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with container platforms
• Strong experience in modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript)
• Knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and technical project management
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Management skills for multidisciplinary teams
