As a Co-Host Onboarding Specialist, you will be a vital member of the sales team, driving the growth of a professional co-host community that helps property owners monetize and manage their homes.

Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and convert high-tier hosts into professional co-hosts. This is a results-driven, consultative sales position that requires a mix of relationship building and market expertise to elevate service quality within the platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquisition & Outreach: Identify potential co-hosts in strategic locations using multi-channel outreach (phone and email).
* Consultative Selling: Deliver tailored pitches to educate prospects on the program’s value, guiding them through the sign-up and onboarding journey.
* Network Growth: Assess and support pairings between local hosts and co-hosts based on specific property needs.
* Pipeline Management: Use Salesforce and internal tools to track leads, manage workflows, and consistently meet outreach and engagement KPIs.
* Collaboration: Act as the\ "Voice of the Customer\" to provide feedback for product improvements and work closely with territory sales teams to refine best practices.
Qualifications
* Language Skills: C2 level of German and proficiency in English.
* Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and phone communication skills with a talent for building rapport.
* Drive: A proven record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), Mixmax, or similar CRM tools.
* A background in hospitality or property management.
* High emotional intelligence and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
