Experteer Overview
As Head of Product Marketing, you will lead FYUL’s PMM strategy and drive commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product and Commercial leaders to align roadmaps with business goals like GMV, monetisation, activation, retention, and AI adoption. You bring a clear point of view, build trust with senior stakeholders, and run the function with independence. You’ll define priorities, coach the team, and make PMM impact visible at SLT level, delivering measurable programs with tangible business impact.

• Define and own the PMM strategy, priorities, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to FYUL goals
• Partner with Product and Commercial leadership to influence product direction and GTM plans
• Lead and develop Team Leads, establishing strong strategic ownership and accountability
• Set OKRs, reporting standards, and operating rhythms to clearly demonstrate PMM impact
• Shape major cross-functional programs around monetisation, AI-driven products, subscription growth, and new markets
• Build merchant and market understanding through data and qualitative research to inform strategy
• Identify gaps in product offering and GTM processes and drive changes to close them
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Strategy with track record of commercial outcomes
• Experience leading managers or Team Leads in senior PMM or Growth roles
• Experience operating as a strategic peer to senior Product leaders and influencing roadmaps
• Strong analytical foundation and ability to lead with data, KPI setting and measurement frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional GTM programs with significant business impact
