Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures specific to OT environments.
* Implement and manage cybersecurity solutions in industrial plants.
* Conduct risk assessments and security audits on OT systems.
* Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure system integration.
* Respond to security incidents and coordinate system recovery.
* Stay updated on the latest threats and trends in industrial cybersecurity.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in OT cybersecurity.
* Proven experience in industrial plant projects.
* Deep understanding of the industrial environment.
* Own vehicle required.
* English proficiency B2 or higher.
* Valuable: Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.), knowledge of IEC 62443 standards, industrial networks, and OT communication protocols.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
