Established Search are seeing an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our surgical ophthalmology client's business across Iberia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth within the surgical ophthalmology portfolio.
Develop and implement the national sales strategy across Spain and Portugal in alignment with regional and global objectives
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion within surgical ophthalmology
Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure effective resource allocation
Proven track record xohynlm in sales leadership within the medical device or ophthalmology sector
Strong experience in surgical ophthalmology (e.g., Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple geographies
