**Responsibiliites**:- Demonstrate a broad understanding of IT related controls, related technologies and deployment strategies.- Carry out the vision and mission of Internal Audit to assess and improve the company’s control environment.- Identify, and clearly define, IT audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and business processes, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed and implemented.- Provide direct leadership and oversight of audit planning / risk assessment, audit execution, closure, and reporting for multiple audit teams across a wide variety of businesses.- Interface with various levels of the organization, including Senior Management.- Review audit work papers and audit reports, along with providing auditors with coaching.- Assist in generating the annual audit plan.- Evaluate auditor performance and actively manage an annual budget and resource schedule for annual IT audit priorities.- Actively mentor staff for continued growth and development within the IT Audit function.- Attract, recruit and infuse the Internal Audit department with high performing talent.**What your background should look like**:- 6+ years of audit or other relevant experience, including supervisory /managerial experience.- Possession of a complementary college degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.- Maintains or commits to pursuing related professional certification(s) (e.G. CISA, CISSP, CRISC, etc.)- Experience using and assessing SAP platforms, including SAP S4 HANA environments, a plus.- Strong written and verbal communication skills including fluent English writing and verbal skills required.
