What You´ll Do:
* Welcome newly signed clients and guide them through onboarding while building impactful PPC strategies.
* Conduct outbound calls to understand client needs and present tailored advertising solutions.
* Create and optimize results-driven campaigns focused on both immediate impact and sustainable growth.
* Identify upsell opportunities and support clients in scaling their investment.
* Maintain accurate and detailed customer information using CRM tools.
* Manage a high volume of daily client interactions with professionalism and energy.
What You Bring:
* BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications beneficial) or equivalent experience.
* Fluent-level Dutch (C2) and strong English (C1). Additional languages are a plus.
* 20+ months in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced environments.
* Confident working independently while meeting targets and managing priorities.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and AI tools to optimize outreach.
* Strong communication skillsverbal, written, and in presentations.
* Proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
* Ability to analyze business goals, markets, and competitive landscapes.
* Customer-focused mindset with resilience in high-volume scenarios.
