Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and be the first point of contact for potential customers in the U.S. market. Your mission will be to identify, engage, and qualify prospects who can benefit from our AppSec solutions. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to generate pipeline, educate leads, and create business opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing cybersecurity company and make a direct impact on our sales success.

Key Responsibilities

* Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and research target accounts in the U.S. using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others.
* Lead Qualification: Engage inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and qualify opportunities based on predefined criteria.
* Value Messaging: Clearly communicate our value proposition around SAST, SCA, DAST, Secrets Detection, IaC, and CI/CD Security to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and support account-based strategies.
* CRM Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Market Insights: Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging, product positioning, and sales strategy.

Qualifications

* Experience: 1–3 years in sales development, business development, or similar outbound sales roles (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity).
* Market Knowledge: Understanding of the U.S. B2B tech market; prior exposure to application security or DevSecOps is a plus.
* Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English (native or near-native level); ability to explain technical concepts simply and persuasively; self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection.
* Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools.

Offer

* Salary: €25.000 - €35.000
* Start Date: Immediate start available
* Contract: Full-time, remote
