**Job Requirements****OVERALL, PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:To provide process support to the Lear JIT Manufacturing site supporting all functional areas.SCOPE OF THE POSITION- Good communicator capable of operating well under pressure.- Adaptable and ability to lead/embrace change.- Ensure compliance with Engineering requirements (AME), initiatives and practices through promotion and consistent operation of controls in execution of daily responsibilities.- Manage all Product and Process modifications. follow up all product modifications: define new processes, update pfmea, define specific devices, validate new process according to quality, ergonomics, and productivity requirements- Define process: layout, number of operators needed, degraded processes, managing and ensuring 1st class service levels are provided to support all customers.- Ensure compliance to all Lear procedures.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Define machine specs for new equipment according to standards and customer requirements.- Update and maintain all technical documentation and process support:- Drawings and BOM.- Flow charts.- Pfmea.- Technical data Sheets- Packaging management.- Control and improvement of the processes: layout, MOD requirements, degraded process,...- Manage all product and process modifications.- Define and modify machinery and tools, since the start-up of automatic production lines according internal and customer requirements.- Monitor the installation, start-up and homologation of new equipment and tools.- Perform all studies and definition of processes.- Perform the assembly time studies, MOST,...)- Adapt and improve all the processes during the lifetime.- Identify and participate in the continuous improvement of processes (safety, quality and efficiency)- Follow all product/process modifications according to internal procedures (Lear/plant)- Active participation in the definition and execution of new projects:- Prepare and validate Pre-series and approvals.Prepare and conduct all audits and validations prior to SOP.- Participation in Kaizen groups.- Coordinate projects Lean Manufacturing according to Lear standards.- Define machine modifications.
