What you will do in this role
We believe in doing right by people—our clients, their customers, our team, community, and the planet. As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:
1. Being the first contact for customers, making a strong first impression, and expanding your client portfolio using your sales expertise.
2. Serving as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
3. Driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses with our client’s cloud solutions.
4. Maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
5. Gathering customer feedback and communicating it back to the business as the “Voice of the Customer.”
Your qualifications
We welcome diverse candidates who are curious and eager to learn. Your natural talent for helping others and exceeding customer expectations aligns with our values. Key qualifications include:
* Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and fluent in English.
* 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer management with a proven success record.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
It would be a plus if you:
* Have experience with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
* Possess Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps.
