With the firm reshaping the data centre industry through sustainable innovation, they are now looking for a Project Director to help them scale even further.
What You'll DoAs a Project Director, you'll take the reins on high-impact, client-facing projects-ensuring seamless execution across the full lifecycle : from pre-sales support and final design through to construction, commissioning, and handover.You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams (internal and external), shape timelines and technical delivery, and act as a strategic partner to our clients across Europe and beyond.
ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of multi-site data centre infrastructure projects across EMEA.Drive planning, budgeting, risk mitigation and quality assurance from design through commissioningWork closely with the firm's engineering, product and commercial teams to translate client needs into actionable project plansManage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams-ensuring alignment on technical, financial, and timeline expectationsImplement rigorous project controls and proactively resolve delivery issuesMaintain a focus on sustainability, safety, and innovation throughout executionCoordinate reporting and updates for key stakeholders.
What You Bring10+ years in technical project delivery, ideally within data centre or mission-critical infrastructure environmentsProven track record managing complex, cross-border projectsStrong experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliersUnderstanding of cooling systems, power infrastructure, or data centre operations is a plusCollaborative mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and drive delivery under tight timelinesFluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.The ability to travel extensively across Europe, the UAE and UK as required.
