As a Salesforce Developer at Sirocco, you’ll play a key role in building smart, scalable solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with architects and functional consultants and take ownership of technical components from design to delivery.Your day-to-day could include:
- Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce- Designing and optimizing data models, workflows, and automations to improve business processes- Implementing tailored Salesforce solutions based on client needs- Maintaining and troubleshooting Salesforce applications to ensure stability and performance- Advising clients on best practices and industry standards in Salesforce development- Working in cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions- Applying Agile methodologies, including SAFe, to manage and execute projects efficientlyWho You Are:
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions- You're confident working with Apex, LWC, HTML/CSS, and integrating with REST/SOAP APIs- You’re familiar with Agile development, ideally with experience in the SAFe framework- You speak Spanish and English fluently, enabling smooth communication with both local and international stakeholders- Bonus:
