This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Partner Readiness and Events and will be a critical business partner to Autodesk’s EMEA Channel Sales, Sales and Customer Success Leadership and stakeholders. You will coordinate content, ensure execution excellence to ensure all stakeholders have what they need to help partners improve their Autodesk business in an effective way leveraging a programmatic approach based on standardization and best practices.This person is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that involve external partners, primarily focusing on building and maintaining relationships with those partners through event experiences, while aligning with company goals and objectives by managing event logistics, budgets, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning and ExecutionManage event budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost optimizationCreate detailed event timelines, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-upCoordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, and audiovisual setupsOversee event registration, attendee management, and on-site operationsManage all pre-event preparation and communicationEvent Marketing and PromotionDevelop marketing materials and communication strategies to promote events to partners and target audienceCoordinate with marketing teams to leverage various channels for event promotionManage event branding and messaging to ensure consistency across platformsPost-Event AnalysisConduct post-event evaluations to measure success against key metrics (e.G., attendee satisfaction, partner engagement, ROI)Gather feedback from partners and attendees to identify areas for improvement in future eventsPrepare reports and presentations to share insights with internal stakeholdersCross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with teams across channel sales, sales, marketing, customer success, and product development, to align growth strategies and ensure smooth executionFacilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to achieve shared goalsEngage with regional teams and gain buy-in about regional deployment of eventsMinimum Qualifications5+ years experience Event Project Management relating to Partners / ChannelsStrong collaboration and leadership skillsExcellent communication abilities, and proficiency in event management methodologiesExperience with data analysis and strategic planning to measure growth initiativesThings That Describe YouStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsProven experience in event planning and executionExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProject management skills with attention to detailBudget management and financial analysis capabilitiesMarketing and branding knowledgeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
