As an Engineering Leader, you will steer global R&D for a flagship ALM platform moving to a modern SaaS architecture. You’ll shape strategy, drive execution, and mentor distributed teams to deliver customer-centric innovation at scale. Your work will impact product architecture, UX, and performance while aligning with business goals.
