Role Objectives
We are seeking an experienced and strategic German Speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to work with high-value business clients in the Google Ads space. This role focuses on supporting larger clients in industries such as retail, travel, and other sizable businesses with substantial revenue. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with these clients, delivering tailored marketing strategies to drive their success.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with larger clients, particularly in retail, travel, and high-revenue industries, to optimize their Google Ads campaigns and strategies.
* Provide in-depth, consultative support, ensuring marketing needs are met with effective solutions.
* Assist clients in improving their advertising performance through insights, recommendations, and strategic planning.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships, focusing on value-driven consultations.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure strategies are implemented effectively and results are optimized.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align Google Ads strategies accordingly.
* Offer expert guidance on advanced marketing concepts and Google Ads features to help clients achieve their objectives.
Requirements
* BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
* 1-2 years experience in sales or online advertising.
* Extensive digital marketing experience, particularly with Google Ads in retail, travel, or large business sectors.
* Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools, especially in digital advertising and Google Ads.
* Mid/Senior-level profile capable of providing strategic insights and high-level consultations.
* Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a consultative approach.
* Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position based in Barcelona, with a salary of €30,000 gross/year plus up to €3,500 gross/year in bonuses.
* Referral program offering up to €2,000 for successful referrals.
