As Marketing Manager in Uber’s regional team, you will lead high-impact brand campaigns that align with global strategy and local priorities. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to tell cohesive stories and amplify brand presence in key markets. You’ll measure impact, optimize spend, and scale learnings across regions. This role offers the chance to shape a locally resonant brand approach in a competitive landscape while driving meaningful connections with audiences.

• Lead end-to-end brand campaigns from concept to launch
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Communications, Policy, Social, and Performance Marketing teams
• Define media plans across offline and digital channels with budget discipline and ROI focus
• Oversee creative and media agency partners, providing clear briefs and feedback
• Lead our learning agenda with Research & Insights, Strategy & Planning, and Ops to shape long-term strategy
• Monitor, measure, and optimize campaigns using KPIs and insights to scale best practices across markets
Responsabilidades
• Approximately 8 years in marketing, including at least 4 in brand management
• Proven track record launching top integrated xpzdshu campaigns for international or leading local brands
• Creative yet strategic mindset with deep media knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage agencies to drive impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership
• Organized and driven, with ability to manage multiple projects and build efficient processes
