Purpose Support the Training program for the Retail of the Future Sales systems with an initial focus on VerSO Products by preparing, organizing and delivering training materials under guidance, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption across HQ, Market and Retail levels. Assist with participant management and session planning, contribute to post go-live refreshers, and provide input to continuous improvement of training processes and materials (preferably using AI for content preparation).
Tasks and Responsibilities Assist in preparing and updating concepts, documents and training materials for VerSO blueprints and waves globally, preferably with AI. Adapt and publish content for training formats such as Self-learning, Classroom, Train-the-trainer, How-to videos, Role-Based Training, Chatbot and Training assessments using approved templates. Execute the agreed communication activities, support the definition and maintenance of training formats, and maintain the training tracking dashboard; coordinate post go-live refresher trainings and prepare updates for further global blueprints. Set up participant management and plan sessions, coordinating with product teams and stakeholders as required. Co-deliver trainings across HQ/Market/Retail levels in defined formats in alignment with product teams; collect and document feedback and Q&A; to improve materials. Draft targeted communications and selective measures to create awareness and commitment around VerSO. Support continuous improvement of processes and contribute inputs to a sustainable training concept. Help ensure effective knowledge transfer, skill development and user adoption during training by following established standards and guidance.
Cualificación Education Bachelor Degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics or similar
Languages: Advanced English (C1) mandatory Advanced German (C1) highly recommended Additional languages are an advantage
Technical knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to generate visuals and content with AI. Familiar with Microsoft Teams channels (as the primary training workspace). Familiarity with process analysis and interpretation (foundational level). Basic awareness of Sales processes and willingness to learn about the 30+ products in the VerSO landscape.
Experience: 0–2 years in training coordination, enablement or junior business consulting (internships or entry-level roles acceptable) Experience supporting training delivery; exposure to multi-market environments is a plus.
Travel Availability Availability to travel internationally (~5%)
