Responsibilities
* Own the payment and partnership strategy across the top ~10 LATAM economies by GDP
* Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, wallets, card schemes, and processors
* Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term agreements
* Conduct market research (regulation, competition, risks, and opportunities) and present insights to the CEO
* Manage and grow existing partnerships, including commercial terms, buy rates, and contracts
* Ensure smooth partner integrations by collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering
* Track KPIs and ensure partnerships deliver on performance and cost-efficiency targets
Your profile
* 5+ years of experience managing partnerships in payments, FinTech, or financial institutions
* Proven track record working with LATAM markets
* Strong knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and infrastructure
* Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
* Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
* Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and C-level executives
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
