Ph3About The Role /h3 pAs a Senior Process Expert (m/w/d) Manufacturing Execution System (MES) SAP PP (Plan-to-Produce) you will play a central role in the digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement of batch manufacturing, review, and release processes across our global production sites. This includes defining and enhancing electronic batch records (EBR), ensuring MES integration with SAP Automation layer, supporting new product introductions, and aligning MES templates with global business process standards. Beyond solution design, you will act as a bridge between manufacturing, quality, IT, and automation teams—translating operational needs into robust digital workflows, driving system harmonization, and contributing to strategic initiatives such as Pharma 4.0, real‑time data availability, and global MES governance. /p h3Your assignments /h3 ul liLead the design and implementation of SAP PP (Plan-to-Produce) solutions with MES integration, ensuring robust support for end‑to‑end manufacturing processes. /li liProject Management for MES / eBR implementation projects. /li liConsult for SAP PP and MES best practices to optimize manufacturing operations. /li liProactively work with relevant Departments and project team members to lead and support the deployment of MES processes including establishment of EBRs within our manufacturing sites. /li liAnalyze business requirements and develop end‑to‑end use cases for SAP with integrated MES capabilities. /li liLead and support the development of all necessary project and system support documentation including but not limited to designs, configuration, procedures, testing etc. /li liProvide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders on project progression. /li liIdentification of project risks and escalation by initiating suitable countermeasures. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liSuccessfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. /li liFive plus years of experience with manufacturing operations and SAP end-to-end processes (Plan-to-Produce). /li liExpert working experience of MES implementation integration with SAP Automation layer in Pharmaceutical industry. /li liProject experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. /li liDemonstrated ability to develop written IT processes and procedures. /li liGood knowledge of the requirements for the implementation of projects in the validated environment (GAMP 5, CSV CSA). /li liExcellent written and spoken English, knowledge of German or other languages an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel (limited) to participate in workshops at international locations. /li /ul h3Why join us? /h3 pAt Fresenius Kabi, you’ll contribute to something truly meaningful: enabling the consistent, compliant, and efficient delivery of life‑saving therapies to patients worldwide.
