Food & Healthcare Technologies provide solutions for mainly secondary food processing and covers preparation, marination and further processing of meat, poultry, seafood and vegan products, in addition to processing lines for pasta, baked goods, snacks, breakfast cereals, confectionery and pet food as well as equipment for slicing and packaging of food.
Heating & Refrigeration Technologies combine extensive production process knowledge and integrated heating and cooling expertise. It provides sustainable, energy-saving solutions for customers in the food, beverage and other key industries. All offerings are supported by comprehensive automation, digital and service platforms.

In this role you will be working hand-in-hand with the business area management team and actively interface with the local team and international counterparts in a matrix organization.
The position offers excellent (relatively short term) growth opportunities within the organization and the candidate should have a proven experience in B2B sales aiming at taking the first steps into a management position in the next years.
In close collaboration with the team you will:
* Identify growth potential in Market Verticals and set up procedures to capture untapped potential
* Follow-up on Strategic Initiatives and prepare progress reports and status updates
* Align and define meeting structures, strategic guiderails and sales plans
* Facilitate alignment between Division and R&C initiatives, create/execute follow-up procedures and participate in follow-up meetings
* Prepare and participate in Sales and Operational Service meetings and report main steering KPI’s
* Drive execution of Marketing & Communication plans
* Support management in data gathering/analysis and prepare business cases
* Support management in preparing monthly reporting and presentations
* Analyse and implement processes/procedures to increase operational efficiency and create common tools.
Your profile and qualifications:
* Engineering degree ideally specialized in mechanical / industrial / food technologies
* Master’s degree positively evaluated
* Experience (>3 years) ideally within a matrix environment or similar
* Agile in data processing and reporting
* Ability to understand and effectively communicate and explain sales, service and financial KPI’s (considered a plus)
* Communicate effectively in Spanish and English, other languages evaluated positively
* Good interpersonal skills and work well in team setting as independently
* Willing and able to travel up to 20%
* Able to support decision making in a position of great autonomy within the strategic guidelines
* Self-motivated
