Role:
Reporting to the Route-To-Market Director, Africa:
The Route-To-Market Manager will be responsible for generating insights to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making based on trade and sales force behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify RTM opportunities for business growth by analyzing data and accelerating insight generation.
* Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to gather relevant input from Business performance and Sales teams.
* Facilitate and oversee the insights generation process.
* Define strategies for insights use cases.
* Coordinate the implementation of use cases through Learn, Build, and Scale phases.
* Manage the insights team modeling efforts (data science hub).
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with local teams to present findings that support strategic decision-making and commercial execution.

Requirements
* A minimum of a degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or Strategy.
* At least 5 years of experience in business, marketing, or trade.
* Experience in trade, insights incubation, and data modeling is advantageous.
* Ability to analyze and interpret data, with openness to new technologies.
* Strategic thinking and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in English for interaction with local stakeholders; knowledge of French is highly valued.
