Provide training, tools, and support to consistently deploy and sustain our Standard Lean Processes (Hyperion Business Systems) across the Engineered Tooling Systems Business Unit, which includes sites in Barcelona, Épinouze (France), and Sao Paulo.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop educational materials and provide training on Lean and continuous improvement
* Lead Lean Projects such as Value Stream Mapping across the Business Unit
* Lead problem-solving activities (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, A3)
* Support site managers in defining yearly strategies using X-Matrix / TTI / Action Plans
* Train teams to develop effective Lean Daily Management to foster a problem-solving culture
* Facilitate and coach Kaizen Events
* Coordinate Kaizen processes: funnel management and follow-up across the Business Unit
* Generate data to support and improve operational KPIs
* Lead specific improvement initiatives as needed to close performance gaps
* Follow-up and consolidate CIS initiatives
* Apply Lean concepts and tools across work functions
* Identify talent to develop future Lean Leaders
* Act as a Change Agent

Education and / or Work Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
* A master’s degree in Lean Manufacturing, Management Engineering, or MBA is a plus
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is valuable
* Experience as a Lean Manufacturing Manager / Champion or similar role
* Experience leading Value Stream Map projects
* Knowledge of Daily Management processes
* Experience facilitating Kaizen Events and continuous improvement initiatives
* Proficiency with Lean Methods (5S, SMED, TPM, 3P, Kanban, standard work) and problem-solving techniques
* Experience with Hoshin Kanri / X-Matrix processes
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes
* Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
* Project management experience, capable of handling multiple projects with proper documentation
Technical Skills / Physical Requirements
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
* Strong oral and written communication skills
