Job Description:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• Drive the commercial success of key Factory Outlet locations by optimizing net sales, conversion rates (CR), and units per transaction (UPT).
• Identify and enhance opportunities within Factory Outlets via store performance analysis.
• Focus on communication, flexibility, and problem solving to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire and develop knowledge of the end-to-end product flow to stores in line with the Trading Guidance, allocation and replenishment strategies, and Segmentation guidance to support Cluster Managers.
* Maintain regular contact with District Managers and Store Managers to execute the Service Level Agreement.
* Deliver excellence in communication and collaboration with stores for optimal ranges, pricing, and inventory supply.
* Conduct store level analysis to support the Cluster Manager, including KPIs, stock supply, inventory management, and product performance.
* Maintain Store Action Tracker and ensure fulfillment of store product requests.
* Coordinate delivery schedules with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery.
* Collaborate on localization projects and product requirements for marketing and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor store capacities and manage supply situations accordingly.
* Support range planning for new stores and remodels.
* Manage final selection, allocation, and replenishment of articles based on Trading Guidance.
* Generate and analyze merchandising reports as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Consumer-focused with market knowledge
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficiency in Excel and adidas reporting tools
* Attention to detail and good research skills
* Ability to consolidate information, summarize, and derive actions
* Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional local language skills are a benefit
Minimum Qualifications:
* University degree in Business or Finance, ideally with Marketing and Sales focus, or equivalent professional experience. Retail experience beneficial.
* 1-3 years of experience in retail or related job functions.
